The Challenge

The bank’s recruitment process relies on self-rated soft skills evaluations. They wanted to minimize personal bias and improve the objectivity of the selection.
 

The Solution

WhomLab’s games  provided a structured, data-driven method to evaluate leadership and interpersonal skills, ensuring a fair and accurate selection process
 

The Process

Candidates were assessed in communication, decision-making, and other leadership skills with a gamified  exercise on-site, supported by three of the Bank’s HR staff while WhomLab ran the session online.

 HR noted key behaviors to be added to our AI-generated skill profiles, identifying the most compatible candidates.

The Results
