The EU’s Digital Compass framework envisions a secure, human-centered digital ecosystem where citizens are empowered and businesses prosper from the digital potential, supporting economic growth, boosting jobs, competition, investment, and innovation in the EU, prioritising:

This is not only a regulatory requirement, it is a structural shift in European digital leadership.

We build digital shapers 2025 is a digital skills development program designed to prepare digital professionals through an online project-based learning experience. 

Co-financed by the European Commission, we trained over 50 participants in tech leadership skills, fostering cross-border collaboration and facilitating practical knowledge transfer, supporting Europe’s digital transformation. 

We deliver structured, practical training in four core areas:

💎 UX Design
💎 Data Science
💎 Web Deveopment

The program run from October 2025 to April 2026 and included three months of online training followed by three months of an interdisciplinary project-based, and hands-on phase, combining mentor-led insights with practical application. 

It concluded with an in person networking event in Berlin for over 100 participants in April 2026.
